- Built Flask backend with SQLite database for user management and challenge data
- Implemented JWT authentication, email verification, and password reset functionality
- Created dynamic per-user flags and a real-time scoreboard/leaderboard system
- Configured security headers and deployed on AWS with Nginx, Gunicorn, and Cloudflare
